Shipping policy

Merchandise items (e.g. GONE-TEE) may carry a shipping fee, shown on the product page.

The GONE.ARCHIVE atelier is based in Poland, Europe.
All products are made to order. Please allow 4-7 weeks for production depending on current demand.
Orders are carried by DHL EXPRESS with 1-4 business days delivery time, all over the world.
We provide continuous tracking for every order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once we hand over your purchase to the carrier. A valid tracking number will be listed within.
We are not responsible for any delays that are a direct result of customs clearance or carrier processing issues (such as weather/mechanical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc.). Applicable taxes are included in the price or calculated at checkout.
THERE ARE NO DUTIES OR CUSTOMS WITHIN THE EU. NO EXTRA CHARGES. For deliveries to the UK and other countries outside the EU, duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that all items are made to order; hence, in case of any unexpected circumstances preventing us from shipping goods on time, we reserve the right to withhold the refund process until shipping issues have been resolved. At the same time, we undertake to ship the orders on the earliest possible date in case any temporary suspensions of shipping services take place.
